David Goodis
President & CEO
David Goodis, founder of Revelex® Corporation, has been involved in the development of several successful startup companies. He has a comprehensive background in computer and Information Technology Systems as well as sales and marketing. Prior to the inception of Revelex® in November 1999, Goodis served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Shochet Securities, a large South Florida brokerage firm. It was during his tenure at Shochet that he realized that similar technologies to those he used on Wall Street could be applied to the travel industry, thus providing travel agents with real time pricing and ease of booking. Born and raised in Montreal, Goodis graduated from Concordia University. Trained in the art of negotiation at Harvard Law School, Goodis now works diligently to ensure a bright and successful future for Revelex®.
James Horvath
Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer
With more than 20 years of expertise in information technology and related fields and holding the designations of CGEIT, CISA, CISSP, PMP, SCJP and CSOX, James Horvath is considered one of the travel industry's leading technology experts. His varied skills, including project management of data networks and custom/Internet applications, as well as software testing and evaluation, reflect his years in key managerial positions with national companies such as Dollar Rent-A-Car and Beall's Department Stores where he created corporate IT departments from scratch. Prior to joining Revelex®, Horvath served as CTO of Quest Technologies in Miami, during which time he was responsible for the development of more than 50 "dot.com" companies. Under Horvath's guidance, Revelex® has grown to become a driving force in the travel industry, with hundreds of companies worldwide using Revelex® technology to effectively compete with the online travel giants.
Richard A. Smallman
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Smallman has served as Chief Financial Officer of Revelex® since May 2003. Smallman is a financial executive with an extensive background in operational accounting and auditing spanning more than a quarter century. Prior to joining Revelex®, Smallman held various executive positions with both publicly traded and privately held corporations in South Florida, including Knight Ridder, the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and he most recently served as senior vice president of Tracfone Wireless, Inc., the premium prepaid wireless supplier in the United States. Smallman, a CPA with B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, began his professional career at the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Joe Romans
Vice President of Sales
With over 20 years experience in the travel industry, Romans brings a wealth of knowledge to the Revelex® team, managing and overseeing all sales for the company. Prior to joining Revelex®, Romans held key positions with some of the largest names in the travel industry including Carnival Cruise Lines, The Cruise Line Inc. (A Division of Wyndham Jade), Travel Services International (TSI), Cruise.com, and PayMeTravel. Romans has been instrumental in overseeing new initiatives, and in helping Revelex® to fortify its position as the leading technology company in the travel industry.
Prady Pradhyumnan
Vice President, Product Engineering, M.S. Engineering
Prady Pradhyumnan is a travel technology expert with over 20 years of expertise in information technology and technology solutions consulting. Prady has varied technology consulting experience on a breath of web-based e-Commerce technologies both at Revelex® and with IBM Global Services Consulting from the past. As Product Engineering head at Revelex®, Prady consults with Revelex® clients to define and implement the product roadmap to mirror the needs of the clients in supporting their business vision and goals. Prady interfaces with the technology vendors (Cruise Lines, Airlines, Car Vendors, Hotel Vendors, Global Distribution Systems, Vacation/Tour Vendors, and Travel Insurance Vendors) to enable the distribution of their products and services on the Revelex® solution platform.
